We pay respect to the Punnerlerpanna people, the creators of these northern shores, the great fishing culture of the north whose Country we live in. Though they did not survive colonisation, their presence is felt in the land, in the tides, in the stories that still echo here.

We honour our Palawa community past and present across Lutruwita/Tasmania and beyond, those who have carried knowledge forward, protected Country, and upheld the responsibilities passed down through generations.
